摘  要：蒸汽压片玉米饲料（Steamed flaking Corn Feed）是一种新型的玉米加工饲料，它的主要生产工艺是将玉米在100℃以上的高温，在45～60分钟内熟化后再用一对反向旋转的辊挤压成规定厚度的薄片。整个过程是一个将原玉米粒分子结构破坏，提高玉米的淀粉糊化度的过程。该饲料的应用可提高玉米粗能14%～15%，提高反刍动物淀粉消化吸收率30%以上。近年来，该饲料在我国奶牛和肉牛生产方面的应用效果已达到国际先进水平。

Processing of Steamed Tablets Corn Feed and its

Application to the Dairy and Beef Production

Abstract: The Steamed flaking corn feed is a new type of processed corn. The main manufacturing process of the feed is firstly ripen the corn in the high temperature of over 100 ℃ for 45～60 minutes, and then squeeze it into slices of certain thickness by a pair of reverse rotation rollers. The whole process is to break the molecular structure of the original corn reap and to improve its starch dextrinization degree. This process could raise

 

the corn’s crude energy by 14%～15%, as well as starch digestibility by 30% above for rumennant animals. In recent years， the performances of application of the feed to the dairy and beef  production have been reached the advanced international standard.
